this is long overdue. my list of favorite words, that is. i've been meaning to begin it for a long while now. i shall keep adding to it as i remember more of my favorite tidbits of language. mainly, and most importantly, just because they are just fun to say.
for now, here is the beginning of said list, in no particular order.
1. marsupial
2. bonehead
3. brilliant
4. heinous
5. intolerable

euphemism is my favorite because in itself it's a euphemism. a nice way of saying "a nice way of saying things." I just love it.
I also like the word awkward because I think it's an onomatopoeia... like how "buzz" is a word that is an imitation of the noise... awkward looks awkward, is said awkwardly, and is just awkward in its own beingness. haha.
